My devil on the bed

My guess is that this is a reference to the Greek goddess Demeter, the goddess of the harvest/fertility/sacred law, as Chloe is one of her many other names. As an epithet of Demeter, the name “Chloe” refers to the young green shoots of plants, so this is probably a comment on Mary’s body being young and supple.
“Spilling over” is a reference to, well, finishing too early before the party really gets started. He’s watching her and getting all excited, but he wants to save it for, uh, active participation. Basically like, “I’m gonna bite my tongue to distract myself so I don’t cum just from watching you, because I want to save the big finish for when we actually do it.” (I’m so sorry. This note was as embarrassing to write as it is to read, I assure you. LOL)
