Romaji and English translation of the song Rich Excrement from the single Filth in the beauty by the GazettE.

Lyrics originally sung in English are in italics , and words or phrases I felt were implied are in [brackets] in the translation.

I also (usually) put repeats of chorus/verses/stanzas in [brackets] if they’re not written that way in the original lyrics for ease of singing along.

If he writes a word in the lyrics but doesn’t sing it, I put it in light grey to make it easier to skip when singing along.

I usually romajize katakana characters in CAPITALS, and keep punctuation and line spacing as close to the original booklet as possible. If you see me putting spaces before punctuation at the end of a sentence or writing things in mixed-case capitals, that’s because it’s how it was in the booklet.

Any comments I had during the romajization/translation process will be included as footnotes so as not to disturb the flow of the song. They’re not required reading, but Ruki does some pretty nifty things with his lyrics/kanji choices, or sometimes there’s further explanations about words or phrases in there.

今 ima “now, the present” is written, while it sounds like 今日 kyou “today” is sung.
OK, it really doesn’t sound like this (首領 shuryou, “boss”) is what he’s saying, but I can’t for the life of me figure out what he replaced it with, so I left it. Also, the gang vocals sound like they could be “boss” in English, but they’re not included in the lyrics.
Poop, solid waste, crap, feces (my boys’ favorite new word, BTW, lucky me, right?). Basically, a nice way of saying “sh*t.”

This song seems to be about the music industry and/or someone specific within said industry. They are unoriginal, controversial for the sake of being controversial, underhanded, and conniving.
I think this might be a play on words. So the verb used, 吐く haku means “to breathe; to tell (a lie) or to use (foul language); to vomit/spit” while the noun 核 kaku can mean “core; nuclear weaponry.” Literally, it could be something like, “You spit out nuclear bombs,” but I don’t think this means literal bombs. What I get the impression of is like the phrase “dropped an F bomb” in English – basically cursing every other word, or being controversial with everything they say on purpose just to show off how bad and rebellious they are.
The formatting for this section is a little weird, and I apologize – there was no punctuation at all in the original lyrics, and the words seem to be sung alternately in pairs as opposed to being a full sentence. I translated each pair with the second half in parentheses and separated them with commas because otherwise, it was just a big mish-mash of words… kind of like they were in the original line. LOL
The word used here is チェスト CHESUTO – which normally I would translate as the English word “chest;” however, there’s another definition of this word that makes more sense, though it’s an archaic term (and we all know Ruki likes his archaic and obscure terms).

ちぇすと (which can also be written チェスト) chesuto was formerly a cheer of “do it; up and at ‘em, hurrah” (basically cheering someone on or encouraging them to do something) that goes better with the word it’s paired with, 即刻 sokkoku “at once, immediately.”
This word, 雑魚 zako, can be translated as either “small fish, small fry” or “a nobody; unimportant person.”
So a “biter” can be slang for people who copy an original style/technique and try to pass it off as their own. For example, someone who takes bits and pieces of someone’s performance or visual style, or even musical material like lyrics or riffs or whatever, and uses them in their own performance/look/style/material, usually without credit to the original source.
“E.D.” is usually an abbreviation for erectile dysfunction (where a guy has trouble staying hard during intercourse, or sometimes getting it up at all). I don’t know for sure that’s what this is referencing, but given his references to people who steal other peoples’ content/lyrics/whatever, I’m gonna say probably it’s meant to be an insult. Like, “You’re a limp-d*ck hack who rips off other peoples’ hard work.”
He writes カマ kama – which at first I thought was another way of writing Karma, but the only ways I can find that written in kana is with a character in the middle (either ル ru or ー elongating the final a sound from ka). So “toad” was the next thing I could find that made the most sense given the context? But it could still be Karma. I’m not sure.

Toad still isn’t a very nice thing to call someone so I guess it fits the way this guy is being described. Kind of low-life and warty and unpleasant.
