Guren was released in two versions: an -Optical Impression- featuring a two-track CD and a DVD with the PV, and an -Auditory Impression- featuring a three-track CD.

- Guren was used as the commercial theme song advertising a 2008 GEM CEREY / GazettE jewelry collaboration.
