The kana used is マーチン (maachin), and the only thing I can think it would be referring to is Doc Martens, a brand of popular boots/shoes.
I don’t know if this is meant to sound as dirty as the translation makes it sound. LOL The word used, 絶頂 (zecchou), literally means “summit, climax, peak”.
