According to interviews, this song is about a girl whose family has fallen apart and the sorrow she feels about the situation.
事実 jijitsu means “truth/reality,” so this could also be translated as “My ‘reality’ is unbearable” – in fact, since this line is repeated later in the song, I translated it that way there. They both fit with the song (the first obviously being the title itself).
